About the People
Strong communication and problem-solving skill
Self-motivated, able to work independently
Mature, responsible, careful
Excellent typing speed
Familiar with MS Word and Excel
Hands-on experience from account management & B2B would be an advantage
Shift duty is required (Mon-Sun, 10:30-19:30, 8 day off/month)
Min 3-4 year experience in customer service/account management industry
Immediately available is preferred
