About this role 
Currently we are looking for a Senior Manager(Building Maintenance) who has acquired solid experiences in maintenance projects to join their property team based in Hong Kong.  

As a Senior Manager , you will be responsible for planning and executing the designed maintenance programme for the assigned properties. The role will need to manage the full-cycle of the maintenance projects from design stage to handover stage, including design management, budget planning, cost estimation, technical drawings, tendering by working with external consultants and main contractors to ensure the maintenance & improvement projects are completed within budget, quality and time. 

Requirement:

• Degree in Architecture or Building Surveying related background in real estate;
• At least 12 years working in renowned consultancy firms & past experiences in property developers is a plus; 
• Registered Architect / Building Surveyor in Hong Kong with HKIA / HKIS or equivalent;
• Experienced in end-to-end project delivery of large-scale high-end residential and commercial in Hong Kong.
• Familiar with building ordinance, excellent maintenance practice , full-spectrum project delivery and well coordinate with consultants, main contractors and government officials;
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Based in Hong Kong;
