Shipping / Logistic Officer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales Companies for smooth export operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties daily to ensure all shipments are arranged on time and running smoothly.
• Daily in/outbound logistic operation arrangement.
• Prepare reports and monthly statements.
• Liaise with overseas forwarders, external warehouses, and customers for shipment arrangements, including  Air, FCL, LCL, and Courier shipments  with various  Incoterms .
• Prepare a  full set of I/E shipping documents,  Tradelink declarations: Proforma Invoice, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order (DO), etc.
• Handle export inspection, Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications, and shipment insurance.
• Communicate with warehouses for stock readiness and ensure smooth shipments.
• Work with forwarders and customers to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Oversee stock movements (in and out) and ensure proper inventory control.
• Support sales, purchase, and inventory reporting activities.
• Execute shipping plans and monitor supply chain operations.

Skills :

• Proficiency in  SAP  and  Microsoft Office Suite .
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Be Self-motivated, work independently, well organization and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds; good teamwork skills.
• Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ad hoc projects as required
• Immediate available will be an advantage
