About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at CatoMind Limited in the Kwun Tong District. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting and administrative operations.

What you'll be doing

• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial data entry
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries and issues
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Administrative works also required for internal operations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
• Knowledge of accounting practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. Peachtree, MYOB) and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with independence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fresh graduate also considered
