Job Responsibilities :
• Provide full support to the Chief Executive Officer in formulating and implementing the strategic directions, promoting the HKBCF’s vision and missions, and in building and strengthening the HKBCF’s capacity and competence through effective service review, new service development, talent development, use of digital technology and research, knowledge management, resource mobilization and community networking.
• To be accountable for the management and operations of the HKBCF including but not limited to the delivery of high-quality services to the service users, manpower planning and human resource management, financial planning and budgeting, management of service operation and project timelines.
• Assist the Chief Executive Officer in liaison with external parties to build and maintain a strong positive image and branding for the HKBCF.
• Review and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and governance regulations and procedures required of the HKBCF as a charitable organisation.

The Candidate :
• A recognized university degree with at least 15 years of experience in senior management capacity.
• Familiar with the operation environment and culture of non-profit organisations.
• Possesses sound knowledge in corporate governance, general management, finance and human resources, and resource planning and deployment.
• Strong ability to lead and manage professionals from different fields, including health care, accounting, research, human resources and information technology.
• Have excellent management, project coordination and communication skills.
• Have the vision to identify new funding streams and fundraising opportunities.
• A leader with excellent people management skills to coach and inspire individuals and teams.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
