PARALEGAL - Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

• Attend due diligence interviews 
• Perform precedent and other ad hoc legal research
• Conduct prospectus verification and other IPO-related tasks
• Assist in preparation of various documents (e.g. A1 documents, prospectuses, due diligence questionnaires etc.)
• Prepare English-Chinese translation of legal documents
• Organise client meetings and taking minutes

Requirements:

• Law degree is an advantage but not a must
• Preferably with prior work experience in capital markets practice 
• Excellent command of written and verbal English and Mandarin 
• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and in a fast-paced and driven environment 
• Sound knowledge in the use of computer and various IT programs
• Occasional travel to PRC may be required
