Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day operations activities, including Hong Kong and overseas securities, fixed income products, funds and derivatives products; 
• Handle the system operation of CCASS, DCASS, CMU and Euroclear to execute the daily operating procedures;
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, clearing agents and in-house parties to process the account opening, trade confirmation and tackle related settlement issue;
• Carry out clients’ account opening services including approval of account opening, application of BCAN and assign BCAN, account maintenance and renewal; 
• Perform the renewal of clients’ standing authority, Professional Investor, CRS and maintenance information
• Assist the establishment of policies, procedures and job manuals; 
• Participate in system development projects in particular during user requirement collection, UAT, system migration and deployment.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related fields; 
• At least of 2 years or above working experience in Banking or Finance or other related fields or 3 years or above working experience (not a degree holder) ;
• Possess strong operational capabilities, with in-depth knowledge of account opening, trading, settlement, clearing and operations etc in Hong Kong and global market;
• Knowledgeable in the applications of the rules and regulations on SFC and each Exchange;
• Good sense of responsibility with excellent teamwork;
• Strong interpersonal skills with good time management;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Specialist;
• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
