Job Description 

• Execute research projects to meet project goals
• Design and conduct rational experimental studies to develop and validate new biologics products
• Perform data analysis and interpret results from experiments independently
• Record and organize all experimental work and data generated
• Participate in research materials and publications preparation
• Prepare standard operating procedures, study protocols, and reports as necessary
• Communicate effectively and timely about experimental results and scientific development and regulatory requirements
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• A recognized PhD degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biological Engineering, Ophthalmology or other science / medical related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in translational research projects, experience in animal studies is preferred.
• Familiar with basic techniques, including cell culturing, PCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, etc.
• Experience in experiment design and project management
• Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills and able to work independently
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
