Our client:

Due to continued expansion, the leading global manufacturer specializing in high-quality glass components for consumer electronics products has an opening for Technical Project Manager , they are specialists in providing and developing  precision glass processing, including cutting, polishing, coating, and strengthening techniques  with production services. Recently they are actively seeking a potential candidate for developing processes, assessing parameters, and designing and manufacturing with DFM principles.

 

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Tasked with designing the DOE and working with clients to create independent verification reports.
  • Oversee the creation of process automation, organize resources for certifying equipment and producing associated reports. 
  • In charge of tracking project advancement, managing irregularities, providing updates, and generating reports. 
  • Collaborate with clients and the PM to meet diverse project development needs. 

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s degree or higher, with a background in chemistry, materials science, physics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or any STEM discipline. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in the development of electronic products (3C) is advantageous. It is highly preferred that you are familiar with the glass manufacturing process. 
  • Outstanding logical reasoning, data analysis capabilities, and communication and coordination skills. 
  • Proficient in data processing and presentation software. 
  • It is desirable to be acquainted with tools like DOE , FMEA , and FACA in production, as well as to have a good command of basic analysis methods. 
  • Competent in English at CET-6 level or higher, with effective speaking, reading, and writing abilities for communication with customers from America and Europe through email and phone conferences. 
  • Capable of traveling between various factories as needed. 
  • Robust teamwork, ability to communicate effectively, and capacity to manage stress.
