Our client is looking for an Event Marketing Supervisor with strong experience in coordinating marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and seminars. This role will involve frequent travel with the team for trade shows and client-related events in mainland China.
Responsibilities:
Responsible in organizing marketing events from initial planning to execution, including trade shows, webinars, seminars or ceremonies.
Create posters, videos, and copywriting content for event promotion
Data analysis and manage social media platforms
Conduct market research, survey, interview or focus group discussion to gain new insight and industrial trends
Collaborate closely with management / sales team to drive marketing campaign
Drive lead generation, conversion, and optimization effectively through marketing activities
Conduct partnership marketing with organizations
50% business travel to China for trade shows or related marketing events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in event marketing
Willing to travel to Mainland China frequently
Excellent presentation skills
Professional writing and data analytic skills
Experience in short clips/video making
Good command of English and Mandarin
Immediately available is preferred
