• Develops and executes a range strategy and plan for their product area
• Continuous review of product needs with key stakeholders, including national buying teams, design & procurement
• Implementation and optimization of product-specific international purchasing activities 
• Analyses sales performance of textile items to recommend product development and/or new items
• Organizational and administrative tasks 
• Communicates with global internal and external stakeholders
• Conducts sample management
• Collects competitor insight & conducts market relevant analysis
• Presents products to stakeholders during key milestone meetings
• Ensures sustainability targets are met for their product area

• Degree Holder in Procurement, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• Passionate in global retail market as well as in merchandising and purchasing industry
• Attentive to details; good analytical and organizational skills
• Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
• High level of computer literacy in MS Office
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PLM systems is beneficial
