Position Overview

We are seeking an open and strategically minded, people centric and business savvy Human Capital Management focus teammate in supporting the company's next upgrade and transformation. We are an East meets West company where a hybrid of Chinese and Western culture is formed. This role will report directly to Top Management as we are looking for an aggressive candidate with strong hands on execution that can lead this department independently in the future.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business missions and corporation visions.
• Enhance Retention and Talent Development: Ensure the complementarity of employees and their manager with a clear career path. Assist managers to develop their management skills. Develop each staff to their full potential.
• Promote team and CAN-DO spirit: Focus on complementarity rather than similarity. Motivate the team to achieve their departmental objectives, align with company goals.
• Improve effective talent acquisition strategy.
• Manage Compliance and Audit required by HKEX, China & HK HR Ordinance.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) 
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations (China and Hong Kong)
• Excellent leadership, communication, conflict management and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive change under high-pressure and foster a collaborative work environment
• Flexible mindset to figure out the unknowns and create things from scratch by finding own resources
