• 10+ years’ experience in ERP Implementations
• Prior experience in 3-5 large ERP or digital projects with program/project manager experience and full cycle E2E development
• Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Experience in Devop (JIRA) or similar
• Analytical mindset – Across data management and data mapping
• Test management experience
• Prior experience in project resource/team management of 20+ people
• Managed large system integration and data cutovers
• Agile ways of working experience and/or cross-functional team project delivery experience
• Executed Asset Management Data Migration or Customer Migration
• Previous experience with Oracle SaaS and SAP ERP systems preferred
• Hands on approach needed

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and detail minded
• Able to adapt and work with colleagues from different functions with different business needs
• Proven track record of problem solving and analytical abilities and able to use own initiative
• Coordination between numerous subprojects
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors to work across the Data Migration lifecycle
