About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Officer to join our dynamic Finance team at Kitchen Icon Limited. As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our growing business located in the Tsuen Wan District. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

What you''ll be doing

• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciling and maintaining records
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as other reporting requirements
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

What we''re looking for

• Relevant accounting qualification or higher diploma, with 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
