Responsibilities:
The Paralegal will be responsible for all the corporate work under supervision of the Partners and Associates in the Corporate Department. The Paralegal will attend due diligence interviews; perform precedent and other ad-hoc legal research; conduct prospectus verification and other IPO-related tasks; assist in preparation of various documents (e.g. A1 documents, prospectuses, due diligence questionnaires etc.); prepare English-Chinese translation of legal documents; and organise client meetings and taking minutes.
