About Resolve 

Founded in 2017, Resolve Foundation is an award-winning section 88 charity dedicated to empowering changemakers. Our vision is to create a Hong Kong where everyone belongs & upholds inclusion. 

Despite being a global city, 1 in 8 people in Hong Kong report experiencing discrimination (EOC, 2021). Through our programs, we amplify marginalized voices, empower diverse changemakers and build intersectional communities to elevate our collective social impact. 

With our signature Fellowship Program, Opportunity Fund, school program Stand By Me , as well as public education and corporate engagement , we promote inclusion through leadership development, interactive learning and a network of resources. Resolve’s network includes 110+ Fellows, 7 rounds of seed grants, dozens of mentors and hundreds of inclusion champions. This spring, we will launch our 2025-2027 Strategic Plan , charting an ambitious path to advancing inclusion in Hong Kong. 

We believe anyone can change the world, with the right mix of resolve, skills and resourcefulness. We also commit to nurturing the next generation of talent into the nonprofit field. That’s where you come in!

Resolve Internship - 4 Tracks

We offer 4 tracks - Programs, Partnerships, Communications & Operations - outlined below. Applications are now open for Spring (April through June). To qualify, you must be able to commit at least 16-20 hours per week from Monday to Friday , excluding occasional events, mainly at our Sheung Wan office. The minimum is 3 months, while exact dates & hours can be discussed during interviews.

Communications and Storytelling Intern

• Create visually compelling, engaging and informative content for our digital platforms

• Support preparation for media opportunities to spread Resolve’s message and raise visibility of our community 

• Contribute to drafting, maintenance and review of fellows’ impact stories and newsletters

• Assist with events and promotional materials to reach intended audiences

• Help with documenting, archiving and publicity of our program and team highlights

• Explore nonprofit digital trends, and provide input to our communications plans and strategies
