Job description

As an L2 Onsite Support consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services for our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting end-user computing devices and software while collaborating with IT teams to enhance operational efficiency.


Your missions
  • Provide Level 2 onsite support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 or appropriate teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Ensure efficient management of IT tickets , adhering to SLAs and quality standards.
  • Support end-users in resolving system access and application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and network teams to identify and fix recurring problems.
  • Manage and deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations .
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base to improve resolution efficiency.


Your profile
  • Experience in Level 2 IT support , with expertise in Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments .
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and remote desktop support .
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in incident and request management .
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues .
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end-users and provide technical guidance.
  • Academic background : Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English ; other languages are a plus.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
