As an L2 Onsite Support consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services for our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting end-user computing devices and software while collaborating with IT teams to enhance operational efficiency.
