Key Responsibilities
1. Manage several industry research teams within the research department, providing guidance on research methods, directions, and planning, while ensuring high-quality implementation to enhance their capabilities and market influence.
2. Lead the research department in efficiently converting research outcomes into commercial value by accurately understanding of company value, conducting in-depth analyses of cutting-edge industry trends, and dynamically monitoring of global markets and macroeconomics.
3. Identify investment opportunities and risks across various market environments, and promptly disseminate impactful research findings.
4. Enhance support for the Bank of Communications Group and the company by delivering independent, professional research analysis and strategic policy recommendations aimed at maximizing value creation.
5. Supervise, review, and manage all research activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to industry best practices within the research department.
Requirements
1. Master degree or above, preferably in the discipline of Finance/Economics/Management.
2. Over 10 years of relevant working experience, combined buy-side and sell-side research experience preferred.
3. Understanding of financial modelling and strong Excel silks a must, holding SFC License Type 4 is preferred.
4. Have proven experience in team management and project coordination.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
6. Strong command of written and verbal English and Chinese.
7. Upright and diligent, with a strong sense of responsibility and high moral values.
