Bring transformative educational experiences to life and make a global impact. As an Experiential Program Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional learning experiences for students both locally and internationally.

• Lead Inspiring Programs : Coordinate and lead local (Hong Kong) and international study tours (primarily in the UK and US), overseeing every aspect to create enriching and memorable experiences for participants.
• Collaborate with Global Partners : Work hand-in-hand with prestigious universities, educational institutions, and leading institutes to design engaging and impactful itineraries.
• Travel and Onsite Leadership : Take the lead in onsite program execution, traveling to international destinations to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional support to participants.
• Logistics and Coordination : Organize all logistical aspects of the study tours, including travel arrangements, accommodations, schedules, and materials, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Budget Management : Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee financial aspects of study tours, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Participant Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and their families, providing timely and comprehensive information, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Safety and Compliance : Ensure all programs adhere to relevant safety, legal, and regulatory standards.

We’re seeking a proactive and organized individual with a passion for education and a global outlook.

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience in program coordination , event planning , educational program management, or a similar role.
• Skills :
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing budgets , contracts, and project timelines.
• Familiarity with the educational system and travel industry in Hong Kong, the UK, and the US.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (additional languages are a plus).
