This role is a temporary maternity cover expected to last 5 months.

Summary of this position:

• Prepare daily journal postings with invoice matching and support month-end closing processes with SAP B1.
• Manage the payment run process and upload into Kyriba as payment monitor.
• Handle inter-co transactions, incl. billings, settlements and balances reconciliation and the group system request.
• Perform group reporting for Cognos Upload for different entities.
• Respond on Concur administration / concur interface extraction.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly end closing, including expenses accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare schedules / reconciliations for BS and P&L accounts.
• Perform Invoice matching, prepare payment run and upload into Kyriba system for payment arrangement.
• Handle inter-co transactions, incl. billings, settlements and balances reconciliation and Cora Sequence input for intercompany transactions.
• Group Reporting on Cognos for 4 HK entities and 2 China entities.
• Respond on Concur daily administration and transaction upload into SAP B1.
• Monitor staff accounts set up at both Concur and SAP B1.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
