• Work closely with the Executive Chef on food promotions and menu planning
• 3 years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
• Manage the operational system and administration activities, knowledge of Infrasys POS system will be an advantageThe right candidates will be offered:
