Job Description:

1. Assist the project manager in daily project management and document management, follow up on project progress, resource allocation, risk identification and problem solving.
2. Assist the project team in communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure that project requirements are effectively supported.
3. Assist the project team in project summary and review, extract lessons learned, optimize project management processes, and gradually improve project management capabilities.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, Management, perferably in Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
2. Proficiency in common office software (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and proficiency in project management tools (such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.) is preferred.
3. Language requirements: Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to read and write project-related English documents and communicate effectively with multinational teams.
4. Soft traits:

• Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to cooperate effectively in a diversified team.
• Have strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, and be able to take the initiative to take on work and seek solutions.
