• Monitor and report on risk exposure and effectiveness of risk management practices.

• Provide guidance and training on risk management policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage operational risk projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operational risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in risk management or related fields are a plus.
