My client is a banking and financial services company with international presence. They are currently searching for committed compliance talents to support their business in Hong Kong.


Your new role

• Advise on compliance and legal issues to ensure compliance with licencing requirements and applicable laws
• Monitor on regulatory compliance matters for SFC-licensed entities (Type 1 & 4)
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls in response to drivers and business changes
• Prepare compliance reports for the management levels, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Handling day-to-day regulatory matters, including inquiries, surveys, and inspections.
  
• Provide compliance training to relevant departments on relevant laws and regulations
• Assist businesses in developing products and services which align with regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of experience in general compliance/regulatory compliance
• Experienced in asset management, familiar with SFC
• Excellent command of English
• Bachelor's Degree holder
