MISSION


As Client Event Executive , you will be responsible for executing exclusive events that epitomize the brand's values and allure. You will be involved in every aspect of the clients event, from venue selection to guest experience, maintaining the brand's standard of excellence throughout, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. With strategic marketing efforts and insightful analysis, you will continually refine the approach to deliver unparalleled luxury experiences and drive brand growth.


This is a Part Time Contractor role.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Plan and manage a diverse calendar of in-store events and exclusive client gatherings, including VVIC/VIC receptions, product launches, holiday activation, special promotions, afternoon tea, etc.
  • Suggest new and innovative experiences to improve the overall client experience in line with brand DNA.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Retail, Merchandising, VM, etc.) and external partners (caterers, venues, entertainment, etc.) to ensure the flawless execution of events.
  • Ensure the smooth running of events, addressing any issues promptly and effectively to maintain high standards.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of client events, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations including analyzing participation to events, data captured, conversion rate, ROI per event, and gathering client feedback for future improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of event specifics, client interactions, and feedback to continuously enhance the event strategy.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Help and support on all type of trainings necessary for retail store teams.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least 3 years’ experience in retail / client engagement in the luxury sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Customer-service orientation
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurship, spirit of innovation and determination
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated with the ability to work to targets in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to exercise precise budget management.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Project management skill is preferred.
