About Our Client

Our client is a leading global investment firm with offices worldwide. They have a well established Investor Relations team based in Hong Kong and they are now keen to hire someone to provide wider support to the team.

What the job involves

You are expected to provide support to the Investor Relations team by:

  • Supporting the team on all aspects of fundraising and ongoing investor requests
  • Handling RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, etc. and custom investor reporting jobs in collaboration and close communication with the global IR team
  • Assisting with preparation of regular meeting materials
  • Creating innovative and insightful presentation content for current and prospective investors

Who we are looking for

  • 2-3 years’ experience in alternative investments, strategy consulting or professional services firms
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, comfort with organising and interpreting financial data
  • Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firm
  • Excellent written and spoken English
