Business Development (Executive / Specialist / Manager)
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and pursue new business opportunities.
Oversee B2B communication and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance innovative practices and business development strategies.
Assist with additional tasks to support team efforts and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance brokerage.
Experience with one of the following: P&C, GI and or Employee Benefits.
Valid insurance certifications (IIQE).
Strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach, paired with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Competitive mindset with the ability to make a positive first impression.
Proficient in multitasking.
