HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Enhancing Employee Experience: actively participate in HR Operations throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, movement, offboarding, and personnel file management to ensure processes are seamless and efficient
  • Data Integrity and Accuracy: maintain timely and accurate employee data within HR Systems, ensuring that all profiles are up to date to support informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
  • Driving HR System Migration: facilitate the migration of HR systems to enhance data integrity and streamline processes across the company
  • Enhancing Employee Support and Autonomy: deliver comprehensive support for all HR-related inquiries, facilitating employees resolve issues by providing advisory services and connecting them to right tools and resources
  • Contributing to HR Initiatives: play an active role in various HR initiatives and projects, such as process improvement and deployment of new HR technologies to enhance both employee experience and HR efficiency by driving continuous improvement across the company

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of HR Operations or generalist experience in sizable companies to navigate our dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly SAP and Workday, will enhance your contributions
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulatory practices ensures compliance
  • A detail-oriented approach and high level of responsibility to thrive under pressure
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused with a strong growth mindset and learning agility
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese to engage with our diverse workforce
  • Immediate availability is preferred for a swift integration into our team
