Position Overview:

As a Growth Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and customer acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the growth team to analyze data, develop strategies, and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of growth marketing strategies across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
• Support the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for target audiences.
• Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
• Support user testing and customer feedback initiatives to help enhance our product offerings and user experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to spur growth and innovation.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for pets and the pet food industry is a plus!
