Key Responsibilities

���� Personalized Health & Wellness Coaching

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify suboptimal health conditions.
• Design and implement tailored wellness programs that integrate nutrition, movement, stress management, and longevity strategies .
• Guide clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes , ensuring measurable health improvements.

���� Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Collaboration

• Work closely with medical doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other specialists to create holistic health solutions .
• Provide functional medicine insights to address root causes rather than just symptoms.
• Participate in case discussions, health strategy planning, and client consultations .

���� Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted wellness advisor for high-profile clients, ensuring a discreet, professional, and polished presence .
• Educate and empower clients with scientific yet accessible health insights tailored to their individual needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships , delivering premium, concierge-level service .

���� Thought Leadership & Continuous Learning

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in functional medicine, longevity, and wellness innovation .
• Contribute to the development of new health programs, workshops, and corporate wellness initiatives .
• Advocate for preventive health strategies that enhance long-term vitality and performance.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Certified health or wellness coach (licensed or accredited by a recognized international program).

✔ Solid medical knowledge , with expertise in functional medicine, integrative health, or lifestyle medicine .

✔ 5+ years of experience in wellness coaching, healthcare, or related fields.

✔ Proven ability to work with high-net-worth clients , providing a high-touch, discreet service .

✔ Fluent in English and Cantonese ; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

✔ A mature, professional presence with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.

✔ Passionate about preventive health, longevity science, and holistic well-being .
