Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll functions (e.g. monthly payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, MPF contributions, final payments etc.) for local market
• In charge of the administration management of staff benefit programs such as medical insurance, MPF scheme and employee compensation
• Participate in preparing Compensation & Benefits related surveys and regular reports
• Participate in HRIS implementation and enhancement project
• Maintain accurate employee database and records in HRIS
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• With over 3 years of relevant hands-on payroll experience in a sizable firm
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations & HR practice
• With solid work experience in SAP and/or other HRIS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced skills in MS Excel
• Proactive, team player capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment with problem solving ability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered in a senior position

Location:

We have multiple work locations in Hong Kong, this position will be based in our Quarry Bay office.
