About role

Tsing Yi Site provide high quality Polystyrene to our value customer to manufacture the home electrical appliance, office automation and packaging material. Site has been established in Tsing Yi Island over 48 years to produce high grade polystyrene to fulfill the market need. Welcome to join the stage of the art world class polystyrene manufacturing site.

The Process Technician will work to look after the manufacturing process, ensure the product quality and deal with the emergency situation.

  • Manage the world class manufacturing process and equipment
  • Doing the necessary batch to support the production
  • Use the process computer system to monitor the production process
  • Inspection the process equipment to ensure running properly
  • Need to use the emergency equipment to deal with various emergency incidents
  • Doing the Quality Assurance test to confirm the product quality
  • Follow the Site EH&S regulations
  • Maintain the site security
  • Certificate/Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of solid experience in Manufacturing and production
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good sense knowledge in Mechanical equipment such as pumps/blowers/compressor
  • Basic computer skills that can use MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Be proactive and suggest solution to deal with the production problem
  • Applicants must able work in shift work. 40 hours per week with 12 hours per day. 0700-1900 /1900-0700
