The Project Manager would be expected to:

• Manage roaming & mobility projects, including new project implementation.
• Monitor roaming activities, including network capacity analysis, network provisioning, event handling, and roaming quality control.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budgets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify market opportunities, potential threats, and areas for differentiation. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry regulations, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with other functional teams to support sales strategies and overall business objectives. Ensure seamless integration and coordination across functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals. Provide guidance, support, coaching to drive individual and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 4-10 years of working experience in mobile project management and mobile business.
• Knowledge of mobile core network, IPX & SCCP .
• A good understanding of SIM and roaming from a technical perspective is required (The ideal candidate should understand how mobile systems work and have some experience with SIM cards).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
• Strong analytical mind and capability to handle financial analysis/ proposals/sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Proactive, dynamic and willing to accept challenges.
• Able to work under pressure and in a flexible working environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.
