We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT recruitment and contracting. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in contract roles with our clients. The position requires strong candidate sourcing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roles efficiently.

Role:

• Identify and engage qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain an active pipeline of pre-screened candidates for contract roles in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks .
• Format and refine candidate CVs to meet client requirements before submission.
• Track and maintain an updated candidate database (CRM) for future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for placed candidates by coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and hiring progress.
• Interview candidates, administer evaluation tests, verify references, etc.

Technical Skills:

• 5 plus years of proven experience within the staffing industry (preferably recruiting for the financial services industry) or working as an in-house recruiter within IT Sector.
• Proven track record in quickly developing strong and successful business relationships
• Ability to drive an aggressive corporate recruitment and placement strategy while acquiring key talent for the organization
• Diploma/Bachelor degree preferred
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to make good, sound business decisions as well as the ability to negotiate with clients and employees
• Must be a local and the candidate should be well-versed in the local languages.
