Our client, a highly successful and established international brand with strong presence in Asia, is seeking a Group HR Analytics Specialist to join their team.

About the Role – What Sets This Leadership Role Apart?

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will be involved in all areas of HR but specifically, you will be play a key role in full spectrum of HR Reporting and Analysis. We are looking for a passionate HR professional with relevant experience gained from sizable organisations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Group HR Analytics Specialist, you will:

• Participate as a key member of the Group HR team on all HR reporting and analysis related matters
• Accountable for monitoring and delivering excellent quality of the HR analysis creation and advisory as well as HR project management

Requirements

• Relevant HR Analytics experience in a matrixed organisation
• Demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively as well as to be hands on with potential to take on more
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and/or contractual obligations (both implied and expressed)
• Strong knowledge in Power BI
• Sound experience of organising workloads, prioritising and multi-tasking
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual fluency (English AND Chinese) is essential.
