Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, managing risks, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial leadership roles within publicly traded companies in the United States, with a deep understanding of U.S. capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial standards.

- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements, earnings releases, and other financial communications.

- Drive initiatives to optimize capital structure.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's long-term financial stability.

- Collaborate with other executives to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a CFO or equivalent role in a U.S. publicly traded company.

- Proven experience in market value and a deep understanding of U.S. capital markets.

- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and other relevant financial regulations.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
