In this role, your goals will be:
In 3 Months
- Process Mastery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of agency and GroupM Nexus team structures, client performance requirements, and digital ad operations workflows.
- Operational Excellence: Seamlessly implement workflow processes for performance-based campaigns and ad operations, including tagging through DCM.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, effectively managing pure performance accounts.
- Resource Management: Efficiently utilize performance team resources across core local account teams.
- Team Support: Establish trust with planning teams, providing support for their success.
In 6 Months
- Account Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of all key accounts and their performance and ad operations requirements.
- Process Optimization: Streamline existing processes to enhance reporting, management, and collaboration for internal and external teams.
- Campaign Optimization: Achieve significant improvements in campaign performance through data-driven optimizations, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Platform Proficiency: Master the operational and implementation aspects of all key biddable platforms.
- Strategic Recommendations: Develop and present performance strategies for key clients and new business prospects.
In 12 Months
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest upgrades and enhancements in biddable platforms.
- Performance Improvement: Drive noticeable year-on-year performance improvements for managed accounts.
- Service Expansion: Increase the adoption of additional biddable services within the client portfolio.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key metrics and benchmarks for different biddable platform formats, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Client Education: Amplify client knowledge on the strategic approach and value of biddable platforms.
What Your Day Job Looks Like:
- Campaign Management: Oversee the strategy, planning, implementation (ad operations), and reporting of performance and digital campaigns across multiple brands.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, developing and implementing optimization strategies to achieve client KPIs.
- Knowledge Dissemination: Facilitate continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team and broader organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively work within and lead cross-functional teams involving clients, internal teams, and media owners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Thorough understanding of all key biddable mechanisms and their implications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive.
