Our client has made a significant stride in its business operations across Asia, particularly in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. They have successfully emerged to over 8 countries in the last 10 years and are now hiring IR talent to help boost their popularity and brand awareness.


Your new role

  • Develop and implement strategic investor relations plans and goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the investment community.
  • Organise and manage investor meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Prepare and present financial information to analysts, investors, and company management.
  • Monitor and analyse peer companies, industry news, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate with regulatory authorities regarding compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
  • Responding to enquiries from shareholders and investors regarding company performance and actions.
  • Engage with senior management to ensure investor relations strategy aligns with company goals and achievements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and valuation to understand the company's market value.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience gained in consumer goods, retail.
  • A CFA / CPA, or other equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and market trends.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
