Responsibilities:
~ Act as a technical in-charge for daily operation relating to repair and maintenance including attending to emergency repair and other relevant emergency issue

~ Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations

~ Management and execution of facility management duties

Requirements:
~ Degree holder or above in Building Services or related disciplines

~  Minimum of six (6) years of technical services experience, of which a minimum of two (2) years in the assistant manager grade

~ Registered Electrical Work Certificate C0 or above

~ Holder of relevant professional qualifications such as HKIE, CIBSE, ASHRAE, BSOMES or equivalent is preferable
