Job Purpose:
The core purpose of this role is to oversee the Agency data analytics by understanding service units’ need on data, providing technical advice on data analytics to fulfil unmet need, as well as generating data insights through different analytics techniques, machine learning and artificial intelligence tools. He/She support the team leaders and Head of Planning and Service Development, and works closely with all service/function units, to build analytics tools/model and drive data analytics initiatives in order to facilitate the HKRC in delivering its humanitarian services to fulfill its vision and mission.
