Your new role:

• Responsible for resolving incidents and requests that have been escalated from Level 1.
• Fix and maintain software and systems.
• Handle escalated issues from Helpdesk for various applications.
• Support operating system drivers, software, and firmware.
• Assist users with home connections and remote work setups.
• Follow and enforce Client policies and procedures.
• Create and update support documents.
• Collaborate with other support teams globally.
• Log and manage all incidents and requests in the tracking system.
• Inform management about trends, major issues, and delays.
• Participate in on-call rotation for afterhours and weekend support.
• Keep up with technology and attend training programs.
• Respond promptly to emails, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Symphony, Jive, etc.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.
• Experience using help desk call management system.
• Technical grasp of a wide range of applications, both in-house and 3rd party applications.
