QUANTITY SURVEYOR- HK$35-45k per month

Our client is an international fitting out contractor specializing in office, retail and commercial fitting out projects.

The are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Hong Kong team.

Responsibilities: 

   Cost planning, cost control, budgeting, procurement, 

   Taking off quantities and cost analysis

• Construction cost management and the associated reporting duties;
• Prepare tendering documents and carry out measurement ;
• Maintain and update the QS records and documents

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• 5 years + relevant experience, preferably on fitting out projects.
• Well organized, proactive and initiative;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese; 
• Good in PC operations;
