What you’ll be doing?

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team to support local operations
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of ERP transactions and data management
• Maintain precise data records to align with the Accounts department's standard
• Continuously monitor and enhance supply chain processes and efficiencies
• Monitor, manage and ensure timely and efficient deliveries by third-party logistics providers
• Oversee the logistics of goods movement, including shipping, receiving, and distribution
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies
• Lead the team to support supply chain projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor or above in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management with proven leadership or team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data management, experience with Oracle applications is a plus
• Strong ownership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of accounting principles will be an advantage
