Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via hotline / Whatsapp / Email
• Schedule and follow up onsite services for Hong Kong and Macau customers
• Communicate with Macau technicians on onsite service appointment and administrative works
• Prepare daily job sheets and quotations 
• Perform clerical tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above with 1-2 years customer service experience is preferred
• Self-motivated with a positive work attitude and passionate
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good command in MS outlook, Excel and Word
