In charge of Group consolidation and financial analysis, ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting in compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
Liaise with external auditors and other regulatory bodies for audits and tax filings
Conduct monthly business performance review and manage Group financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, profitability and variance analysis
Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision making
Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
Perform ad-hoc assignments and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or Business-related Fields with CPA qualifications
Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in property & construction related industry is a MUST
Good leadership skill to drive changes to enhance efficiency, good interpersonal skills
Familiar with Accounting standards and tax regulation (knowledge of PRC accounting/ tax is preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft office and excel
Flexible, hand-on, able to work under pressure, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Good communication skill, high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
Initiative, independent, fast-paced, able to accept challenges and grow with the company
