Customer service administrator is mainly focus on supporting the RMS customer service team for daily operation in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction level
Job Responsibility
Implement of CS order processing – ticket ordering
Prepare and manage daily / monthly usage revenue report to management team
Prepare monthly usage statement & CS report
Support CS daily operations & Sales Admin support to service team
Back up support to CS Officer and Service administrator
Assist with Ad-hoc project / event
Requirement
University graduate with 1-3 years working experience in customer service. Fresh graduated is also welcome
Experience in multinational companies , banking/finance field is preferable
Customer-oriented and result oriented with strong drive to win
Working independence
Pleasant, good communication, good team spirit and interpersonal skills
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarina is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office ( Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel , SFDC)
Knowledge in salesforce is an advantage
