Division : IT & Digital Intelligence Empowerment Division

In this position, you will:

1. Conduct network research and strategy planning in the business support domain, promoting the evolution and implementation of related network technologies such as IPv6, SRv6, VxLAN, SDN/NFV.
2. Optimize and manage network architecture, including designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing local and wide area networks for business support, performing network restructuring and technical upgrades to enhance network flexibility, scalability, security, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
3. Manage network security and monitoring, adhering to standards for managing and monitoring devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, and load balancers, strengthening various network security management measures, and conducting real-time network status monitoring and issue warnings.
4. Oversee network resource management and promote operational automation, utilizing advanced routing protocols to design, implement, monitor, and manage networks, and using Python and Shell scripting languages to optimize operational workflows.
5. Facilitate industry collaboration and technical support: participate in discussions and exchanges within the network industry chain, collaborate with equipment manufacturers, research and formulate future-oriented network technology standards, seek full industry chain support, and scientifically deploy and optimize network solutions to enhance their rationality and user satisfaction.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Education : Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Networking, Software Engineering, Automation, or related fields preferred.
2. Work Experience : 6 years or more of work experience. Over 5 years of experience in network technology planning, design, and maintenance.
3. Technical Experience :
   • At least 5 years of network equipment management experience: managing various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs (e.g., Cisco, H3C), maximizing network performance and security through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling. Experience in daily network equipment maintenance, including version upgrades and device status checks.
   • Experience in designing and building large-scale networks, holding certifications such as Huawei HCIE or Cisco CCIE or equivalent.
   • Ability to use network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Zabbix, and traffic tracing to develop and implement comprehensive network monitoring strategies.
   • Experience in IT networks, big data, AI, and intelligent operation and maintenance of communication networks preferred.
   • AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification preferred.
