Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager  (Full Time)
Location: Causeway Bay / Shatin

Job Highlights:

• Tap into a new and growing business within the Tech & Education industry. We leverage cutting-edge neurotechnology to train children's attention and executive functions
• Learn about neuroscience and be a sales specialist in this niche and high potential domain
• Very well compensated for devoting, fast-learning and hard-working individuals

Responsibilities:

• Business development through proactively reaching out to marketing-generated leads
• Acquire new business through consultative approach and understanding parent's needs and pain points
• Set up client meetings with in-house consultants for education and neurocognitive training consultations
• Closing parents sign-up's for BrainX neurocognitive training
• Perform administrative works related to sales activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience. Sales experience within the Education Industry is a plus
• Great pipeline management skills and with sales discipline
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
• Experience in Special Educational Needs is a distinct advantage
• Willing to learn new materials and be aggressive with targets

• 至少6年的零售銷售經驗。擁有教育行業相關的銷售經驗者優先考慮
• 出色的銷售管道管理能力和銷售紀律
• 流利粵語、英語和普通話
• 具有特殊教育需求方面的經驗將是一個明顯的優勢
• 願意學習新知識並能主動積極地達到銷售目標
