We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize our day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:     

• Manage VN team , provide clear direction, set performance expectations, continuous improvement.
• Communicate between HK team and VN team , develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and company goals.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Implement control processes and address any issues related to product quality.
• Sourcing potential supplier and work closely with suppliers to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
• Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure that the manufacturing processes remain within budgetary constraints.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in the manufacturing process and supply chain.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese laws is mandatory for handling official and commercial issues.

• A Master’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field is typically required.
• Proven 5-7 years of experience for the same position is mandatory.
• Industrial knowledge of manufacturing production, systems, and operations is mandatory and in Eyelashes, industry is desirable.
• Good communication skills in English is mandatory.
• Work in Vietnam office
• Vietnamese language is advantage
