Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events, exhibitions, visits, and functions for both client and the public.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and activities to support the organisation’s goals and objectives.
• Manage outsourced contracts and oversee the successful delivery of related activities.
• Draft high-quality communications materials, including executive speeches, advertorials, and feature articles.
• Oversee the organisation’s publications, websites, and digital media channels to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, counterpart organisations, and industry associations to enhance the organisation’s corporate image.
• Provide strategic advice and support on media-related issues as needed.
• Involve in committee works  
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the organisation’s mission.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A recognised university degree in law, mass communications, journalism, language, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven managerial experience in public relations, marketing, or event management.
• Strong expertise in multi-stakeholder communications, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, creative, and self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues, members, and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
